Procurement
Select Engineering, Inc. can control costs, and provide up to date procurement information to keep projects on track and on time. Procurement can mean:
- Develop specifications
- Obtain and send out detailed bid requests or bid packages
- Receive and recommend bids
- Develop a Request for Purchase and Purchase Order
- Order materials and track shipments
- Receive, inspect, and inventory shipments in a secure area
All of these are recorded in a Project Book and the information is readily available to project managers, accounting, construction managers, and the customer for verification of ordering and delivery.
