Procurement

Select Engineering, Inc. can control costs, and provide up to date procurement information to keep projects on track and on time. Procurement can mean:

• Develop specifications
• Obtain and send out detailed bid requests or bid packages
• Receive and recommend bids
• Develop a Request for Purchase and Purchase Order
• Order materials and track shipments
• Receive, inspect, and inventory shipments in a secure area

All of these are recorded in a Project Book and the information is readily available to project managers, accounting, construction managers, and the customer for verification of ordering and delivery.
