Process Engineering

Select provides process engineering for new and existing plants utilizing our extensive experience in the oil, gas, and chemical manufacturing industries. We excel in process design, de-bottlenecking, and optimization through the use of powerful modeling software packages such as HYSYS and PROMAX. Select develops extensive design documentation entailing Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, along with instrumentation and process specifications. 



Select offers PHA/HAZOP support to ensure safe plant design and operation and Industrial Networking for maximum efficiency. We have extensive experience with PSV sizing and selection, along with plant-wide relief system design and audits. Our process engineers integrate OSHA, ASME, ANSI, NACE and API industry standards into all of our designs where appropriate.
