Starting with simple preparation such as updating P&IDs, verification of on-site records, verification of valve settings and tags, site inspections, and discussions with operations begins the PSM updating process. Then our services focus on what the customers need first.

Select Engineering supplies especially-trained engineers (process and mechanical) to facilitate PHAs, and perform LOPA and HIPPS analysis. Combining these services with flare and relief valve studies, process modeling, and historical understanding allows our customers to not only document compliance with regulations, but also have the opportunity to make their plants more productive. We also provide trained and experienced engineers to review or create Operational Manuals, Safety Instrument Systems, Management of Change, Risk Management Plans, Integrity Management Plans, Corrosion Reviews, and Contingency Plans.
