Construction Management

Select Engineering, Inc. focuses on providing expert field construction management services for our projects.  There are always questions that come up during construction, and having a person on site to answer the engineering questions and provide direction to contractors is essential to control of the schedule (and cost).  While Select does not maintain a construction service, our expert field construction managers will provide the quick solutions needed to overcome normal construction challenges that develop.

Construction managers also provide additional services, such as receipt of materials, material inspections, instrumentation checks, contractor oversight, safety consulting, and more.  This allows them to provide true value added while keeping the project on time, and within the scope of design.
