Scott Hastings, P.E., President - with 20 years in mechanical and project engineering, including ten years in management. His background includes design and fabrication of natural gas processing plants and petrochemical processing equipment. He has project experience with treating units, stabilizers, sulfur recovery units, and refinery projects. His management experience entails three years as a supervisor of an ASME code vessel department with seven million in sales. He started Select Engineering, Inc. and developed it from a one person consulting company to a multi-disciplined engineering firm that at present employs more than 30 people. Scott earned his MBA from Oklahoma State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma.



Ed Lagers, Director of Design - With forty years in the industry, Ed Lagers combines hands-on experience with extensive knowledge coordinating and overseeing project teams and working one on one with our clients. His primary goal is to insure complete satisfaction from implementation to completion based on industry standards and the client's specific needs.







Bevan Collins, Director of Engineering - Bevan Collins has 27 years of experience in operations, process engineering and project management, from exploration and production, to midstream, to refinery and petrochemical processing. His 10 years of international experience, business management experience, numerous process and mechanical inventions, and strong focus on safety and the environment are valuable assets to our clients.
